보상형 광고 문의는 어떤 보상을 선택했는지와 광고 시청 후 보상이 지급되지 않았는지 여부를 함께 적어 주십시오. 사과나무 막대 보상은 최대 보유량에 도달하면 추가 지급량이 제한될 수 있습니다.

When possible, include:

• Device model
• iOS version
• App version
• Screen where the issue occurred
• Steps to reproduce
• Whether the issue involves rewarded ads, Game Center, the Morse gadget, or stage progress

For rewarded-ad issues, include which reward was selected and whether the reward was not granted after watching the ad. Applewood stick rewards may be capped when the inventory is already at the maximum amount.
