The ForgePlay Game Mode code identified in GAME_MODE_LICENSE_SCOPE.md is
licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 only
(GPL-3.0-only).

The GPL itself grants permission for compliant use, modification, commercial
use, and redistribution. No separate permission from Facta-Leopard is
required when all GPLv3 conditions are satisfied. No permission is granted by
this notice to distribute the covered code in a proprietary product while
omitting GPLv3 obligations.

Covered distributions must preserve the specified author attribution,
copyright notices, license notices, and upstream provenance. Modified versions
must be marked as modified and must not imply that they are official ForgePlay
releases or are endorsed by Facta-Leopard.

No trademark rights in the ForgePlay name or logo are granted.

The identified GameModeProcessHost and Game Mode Wine patch copies include
Wine-derived material designated for conversion to GPL-3.0-only under LGPL
2.1 section 3. A public binary release must make the corresponding source
notices consistent with that designation. All Wine and upstream author
notices remain required.

This notice grants no compatibility exception for D3DMetal or any other
third-party component.
