ForgePlay author-owned host wrapper permission Revision: 2026-10-04.1-runtime-boundary Copyright (C) 2026 Facta-Leopard Original project: https://github.com/Facta-Leopard/ForgePlay 1. Precisely identified material The files listed in SCOPE.json alongside this notice identify Facta-Leopard's host application options, consent, input and connection wrappers, and the identified Fopl presentation wrappers. This permission applies only to material in those files for which Facta-Leopard holds the relevant copyright. It does not apply to a file merely because the file is written in Swift. 2. Alternative permission for the identified wrappers Facta-Leopard permits use, reproduction, modification and distribution of the identified author-owned wrapper contributions in compiled binary form, including as part of ForgePlay or a modified distribution, without supplying their source code. This permission is not limited to noncommercial distribution. Preserve the applicable copyright and this permission notice with a binary distribution that relies on it. No source-access right is created by this alternative grant. 3. Limited permission to combine with the published runtime To the extent that Facta-Leopard's own GPL-covered Coordinator runtime contributions would otherwise require source for the identified wrappers as part of a combined work, Facta-Leopard grants an additional permission under GPLv3 section 7 to combine or link those runtime contributions with the wrappers identified in SCOPE.json and convey the resulting binary without providing the identified wrapper source. This also covers the identified author-owned Fopl presentation contributions. It is an express author permission, not a claim that an IPC boundary, process boundary or programming language establishes legal independence. The actual Coordinator inference/control implementation, including its Swift worker and required shared runtime files, remains GPL-3.0-only with this limited permission. Supply its applicable complete Corresponding Source and necessary build/installation material when conveying covered binaries. No part of that runtime may be treated as an excluded wrapper under this notice. The existing Game Mode, Frame Generation and Neural Rendering grants and their separately stated permissions remain unchanged; in particular NeuralWorker.swift is not an excluded wrapper. 4. Earlier grants and third-party boundaries This permission does not revoke, narrow or replace GPL permissions previously granted for any copy. Existing recipients may continue to exercise those GPL rights. GPL copyright notices in the identified wrapper sources record those grants and do not negate this additional binary-distribution permission. No exception is granted for Wine-derived material, another copyright holder's code, model weights, system frameworks, the ExternalStorageAccessBridge or unidentified source files. Obligations arising independently from such material remain applicable. OWLv2, Supertonic2, ONNX Runtime, Apple components, Wine and other third-party material retain their own terms. This notice grants no public reuse rights in Fopl artwork, names, trademarks or other branding. The unmodified GNU GPL text remains unchanged. This notice is a separate permission for the identified author's material, not a replacement license for the entire application. The earlier 1.3 wrapper permission remains available for its own identified scope. 5. Warranty The separately permitted wrapper contributions are supplied as is, without warranty, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The GPL warranty and liability provisions continue to apply to GPL-covered material.
