- Device model, iPadOS version, and Seolapin app version.
- Document format or action: HWP, HWPX, PDF export, HWP export, HWPX export, Seolapin Draft, imported font, summary, Q&A, or translation.
- Whether the file was stored in Files, iCloud Drive, a third-party file provider, or opened from another app.
- For AI issues, whether Apple Intelligence was available, unavailable, still preparing, or produced an unexpected summary, answer, or translation.
- A short description of the expected result and actual result.
- A redacted screenshot only if it does not reveal private document content.

Supported Scope / 지원 범위
Seolapin is built for iPadOS 26 or later. AI document assistant features require an Apple Intelligence-compatible iPad with Apple Intelligence enabled and the on-device model ready.
Seolapin focuses on practical access to Korean HWP/HWPX public documents and forms. It is not intended to replace a full desktop word processor.
Some advanced HWP/HWPX layout objects, tables, images, fonts, legacy file structures, or unsupported controls may be shown with limited formatting, diagnostics, read-only behavior, or compatibility limits while support is expanded.

Seolapin is independently developed based on publicly available HWP file format information and HWPX/OWPML document format information.
The HWP/HWPX document processing features are implemented directly in Swift without using the Hancom SDK, Hancom Office components, Hancom executables, Hancom converters, or external HWP/HWPX-specific libraries.
Seolapin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or sponsored by Hancom Inc.
